High Pressure Effects on the Structural Properties of GaN Compound Using Equations of State

The present study is a theoretical calculation for the effects of high pressure on thermodynamic properties GaN up to 40Gpa at room temperature. Volume compression ratio (V0/Vp), lattice constant (a) and elastic bulk modulus(B) have been established. Furthermore, frequencies disruptions function by analyzing phonon frequency spectrum (PFS) (0 K). entire calculations rely using two equation state (EOS) "Birch-Murnaghan modified Lennard-Jones" with integration Grüneisen approximation theory. From considered equations state, formulation modulus was derived, that predicts rising trend modulus. large value has made small fraction change in volume (less than 15%) material even under an extreme 45Gpa. It also found results obtained from Birch-Murnaghan better agreement experimental data Lennard-Jones state. Given developed according Eulerian strain theory accounted as universal Moreover, good between theoretically experiment spectrum, reveals validity used study.
